Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; tours stores and provides feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved; develops action plans to improve processes and guest experience.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, and recognizes performance.
• Coordinates activities by building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring plans meet customer and business needs.
