Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required; state requirements may apply.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U is a preferred qualification.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates; provides feedback and guidance.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports Walmart's values and ethics; promotes belonging and development of associates.
