Job summary

You will hire, train, mentor hourly associates, manage budgeting and expenses, optimiz[e] merchandising and inventory flow, and implement company initiatives while upholding Walmart values.

Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms background checks where applicable
• Associate trainings and assessments completion (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Drive store sales and manage budget and expenses.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and inventory flow.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Support company initiatives and uphold ethics and integrity.
