Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training, feedback, and recognition.
• Drive store performance by monitoring PL, budgeting and expenses.
• Ensure strong customer service using Walmart One Best Way (OBW) model.
• Coordinate plans and initiatives with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
