Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional in Wisconsin to drive customer service, staffing, and daily operations.

You will manage staffing, hire to meet needs, mentor team members, and safeguard company assets while delivering strong sales and service. In this role, you’ll lead by example, ensure training completion, and promote a safe, friendly shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas and customer service experience are helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Mentor and coach team to meet sales goals.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and maintaining shrink.
• Promote Meijer Friendly Initiative in team meetings.
• Ensure staff training is completed and safety standards are met.
