Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Stock Crew Supervisor to assist with scheduling and supervision of the Stock Crew and maintain smooth department operation. You will oversee displays, support Team Leaders and Order Writers, and reinforce health, safety and customer service standards across shifts.

Responsibilities include training, inventory control, productivity tracking, and maintaining a positive, high-morale work environment while delivering excellent customer service and adherence to SOPs

Qualifications

• 12+ months of retail experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs.
• Work with leadership to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Respond to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assist in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the scheduled shift.
• Assist in training as delegated by Team Leader and Associate Team Leader using checklists.
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment with high morale.
• Complete inventory management, spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Track productivity of the stocking crew using the case count tracker.
• Open and close department according to procedures.
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive environment of teamwork and respect.
• Maintain awareness of customer flows and direct Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members to sustain a high-performance team.
• Provide timely, thorough performance evaluations.
• Communicate and model WFM vision and goals.
