Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with scheduling and supervision of the Stock Crew and maintain department flow. You will help with displays, support Team Leaders, and ensure smooth operations in accordance with SOPs.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, training, and maintaining high morale. You will participate in stock processes, inventory and productivity tracking, and open/close duties while upholding WFM core values.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Ability to train others and provide performance feedback.
• Strong organization, time management and customer relations skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs.
• Resolve team concerns with leadership.
• Respond to customer and team member needs and concerns.
• Assist in sorting and stocking for at least 75% of the shift.
• Assist in training using learning checklists and materials.
• Maintain positive work environment and high morale.
• Complete inventory, spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Track productivity using the case count tracker.
• Open and close department per procedures.
• Uphold high standards of retail execution.
• Encourage teamwork and exceptional morale.
• Direct team members to satisfy and delight customers.
