Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Standing 6-8 hours daily
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort with temperatures and cleaning chemicals
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs.
• Resolve team concerns with leadership.
• Respond to customer and team member needs.
• Assist in sorting and stocking processes for 75% of the shift.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Maintain a positive work environment and morale.
• Complete inventory and related worksheets.
• Track stocking productivity.
• Open/close department per procedures.
