Job summary

Target in Chicago is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations, sorting, stocking, and ensuring product availability on the sales floor while upholding safety and accuracy.

Candidates should enjoy helping guests, work well in a fast-paced team, and be flexible for nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided to help you develop in-store skills, including equipment operation and back-up cashier duties.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate multiple devices and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate sorting operation.
• Stock and organize reserve product and straighten merchandise.
• Maintain product availability on GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as needed.
• Process defective merchandise per ESIM rules.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and Drive Up.
• Greet guests and engage to solve needs.
• All other duties as required.
