Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to help guests have a smooth and friendly shopping experience in our General Merchandise area. You will greet guests, help them find items, and maintain on-floor merchandise while supporting teammates to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests and assist in locating items.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support team efforts.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and maintain merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability for GM categories and assist with safe, efficient store operations.
• Operate equipment and follow safety policies while complying with laws and regulations.
