Job summary

Target is looking for an Inbound Expert to enrich the guest experience on the General Merchandise floor. You will greet guests, quickly assess needs, and connect them with the right products and services. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests.
• Observe to understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact.
• Engage with guests to understand their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Execute accurate and efficient sorting and stocking operations.
• Maintain sales floor in-stock for GM categories.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up.
