Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
• Must be able to oversee numerous monetary transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must enjoy working with the public.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, lift up to 25 lbs. and work in varying areas.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the supervision of the overall slot operations.
• Provides guidance for teamwork and encourages ideas.
• Counsels, guides and instructs assigned personnel in duties.
• Prepares and presents performance appraisals.
• Maintains a fun, positive environment and builds relationships with players.
• Adheres to gaming rules and investigates variances and jackpot payoffs.
• Oversees slot floor operations and protects company assets.
