Hollywood Casino Bangor is seeking a Slot Operations Supervisor to lead the slot floor, supervise the operations, and uphold gaming rules while building strong relationships with players.

You will mentor teams, coach staff, and participate in performance reviews. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strongMicrosoft Office skills and a proven supervisory background. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must oversee numerous monetary transactions with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Physically mobile with ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of the slot operations.
• Provide guidance for teamwork and collaboration.
• Encourage employee ideas and feedback.
• Counsel, guide and instruct assigned personnel in duties.
• Recommend when training is needed.
• Prepare and present performance appraisals.
• Promote a fun, upbeat environment and customer relationships with players.
• Supervise slot floor operations and ensure gaming rules compliance; witness jackpot pay outs.
• Maintain trained team members and protect assets; handle customer concerns and communicate effectively.
