Job summary

Cheney Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Driver for night shift operations in the United States.

You will transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards, following DOT regulations and safety protocols. The role requires a valid CDL A with a doubles endorsement, at least 8 months of driving experience, and the ability to lift and handle freight in the 60–90 lb range.

Qualifications

• 8 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age; able to pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Transport trailers on intrastate and interstate routes.
• Turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations.
• Maintain accurate logs of hours of service per company rules.
