Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate in Ohio for a 3rd shift (Sunday-Wednesday 7:30 PM–6:00 AM) to fabricate component parts for final window assembly. The role involves mass-producing windows, doors, and glass units in a fast-paced setting with heavy lifting and hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities include operating tools and equipment, reading work orders, and providing on-the-job training to new hires.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience reading a tape measure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading and unloading materials or windows.
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers at the workstation.
• Follow verbal instructions and read simple written instructions.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure and inspect for product defects.
• Make fraction and decimal conversions.
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
