Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Production 3 Associate to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting. The role involves fabricating components for final window assembly and supporting multiple stations throughout production.

Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the US, and able to pass a background and drug test. The position offers a full-time schedule from 6AM to 6PM and opportunities for hands-on training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows.
• Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Understand and carry out verbal instructions.
• Read and carry out simple written instructions.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure and read measurements during interview; inspect for defects.
• Operate equipment needed to perform a job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
