Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 2 on the 3rd shift to support glass window and door assembly. You will safely operate hand tools, read tapes, and maintain a steady flow of material across the plant to deliver quality products on time.

The role requires standing 8–10 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following standard work with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency. Cross-training and teamwork are encouraged, with benefits and competitive pay provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic words and numbers; recognize visuals.
• Operate power tools with PPE awareness and safety.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols/PPE.
• Follow standard work instructions and reference SOPs.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.
• Quality awareness and CTQ adherence.
• Communicate clearly; listen actively; ask questions.
