Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is hiring a Production Associate for a 3rd shift role (6 pm–6 am, Sunday–Thursday) in Rocky Mount.

You will fabricate components for final window assemblies in a fast-paced setting, performing mass-production tasks with hand or power tools and following detailed work orders. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, long periods of standing, and the ability to read measurements and written instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.
• Able to read and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Assist with material handling, loading and unloading as needed.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Read work orders and instructions; verify measurements with a tape measure.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
