Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift (S-W 7:30pm–6:00am) in the US. The role involves fabricating parts for final window assemblies in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting with training for new hires.

The job requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and reading/work orders; background check and drug test are required. Union programs may vary by location, full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the US
• Able to pass background check and drug test
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
• Prefer manufacturing experience
• Prefer experience reading a tape measure

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers
• Read and follow written or verbal instructions and work orders
• read measurements and perform fraction/decimal conversions
• Operate equipment as needed and train new employees
