Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Marion, Ohio is seeking a Production Associate for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6am-4:30pm). The role focuses on fabricating and assembling window components in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

You will operate hand/power tools, read instructions and measurements, and contribute to other departments as needed. Responsibilities include mass-producing units, handling materials, and training new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand measurements.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations with delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials.
• Operate tools such as saws, welders, routers as needed.
• Read and carry out written and verbal instructions from supervisors.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules to complete tasks accurately.
• Inspect parts for defects using measurements and visual checks.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas.
• Operate equipment required to perform the job.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
