Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate and assemble components for final window assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and working on the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with on-the-job training and a shoe voucher.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prefer experience in manufacturing and reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble component parts for final window assemblies.
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
