Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Marion, OH is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift (Sun–Wed, 7:30 pm–6:30 am). Pay is $17.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with opportunities to work on the fabrication and assembly of windows components.

You will perform repetitive operations, read work orders, use hand or power tools, and may assist with material handling. Must be 18+, pass background/drug checks, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Preferably experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably experience reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Understand and carry out verbal instructions; read work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
