Job summary

Circle Logistics Inc. is seeking a Weekend Customer Service Representative to act as the primary contact for customers handling shipment activity.

You will provide real-time status updates, resolve issues, and maintain proactive communication with customers, carriers and internal teams from Friday through Monday nights. The first 2-3 weeks are training on a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, followed by a Friday-Sunday plus Monday, 8pm-7am schedule.

Responsibilities
