Job summary

Prime, Inc. is seeking a Night Customer Service Associate to support our sales group by managing geographic regions during the overnight hours.

You will work with the Fleet Manager Group and drivers to create solutions that deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues in real time. The role emphasizes strong organization, computer and customer service skills, with an expectation of overnight availability and some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills.
• Accurate typing up to 45 WPM.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus.
• Overnight shifts required and some weekend work may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Track freight for customers as requested.
• Create customer reports and update during the shift.
• Answer and respond to phone calls and questions from customers.
• Resolve problems in real-time and inform day shift.
• Plan trucks as needed during the shift.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and shippers.
• Work with Fleet Managers and Drivers to meet needs while delivering excellent service.
• Overnight availability required.
• Perform related work as required.
