Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Buford, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, pick, pack, and ship paint and related products. The role moves materials within the facility using hand trucks, forklifts, conveyors, and other equipment, supporting accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility.
• Experience operating mobile power equipment such as lift trucks or pallet handling gear.
• Experience operating stationary power equipment such as conveyors or hoists.
• Experience order picking and data entry or barcode scanning.
• Experience as a picker or packer in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
