Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Facility Warehouser to handle daily warehouse tasks—shipping, receiving, and inventory control—in a full-time role with a daytime schedule.

You will operate material handling equipment, process orders, and ensure safety and accuracy in every step.

Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; prior warehousing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
Check incoming merchandise against bills of lading and invoice for accuracy.
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
Load and unload products from deliveries.
Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment safely.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Ensure that the stockroom is organized.
Complete diary logs into inventory.
Report any discrepancies.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
