Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a warehouse picker to support our distribution network. This role will safety-load and unload trucks, pick and ship paint orders, and move materials within the facility using hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment.

Primary duties include maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and following safety procedures while contributing to continuous improvement in warehousing operations.

Qualifications

• This job requires stacking, picking and packing duties in a distribution warehouse.
• Candidates should be able to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
