Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our distribution network. You will load, unload, and accurately pick paint orders, pack and ship, and transport products within the facility using forklifts, hand trucks, and conveyors.

Schedule: 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm. This role offers performance-based bonus plans and requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience in manufacturing or distribution facilities.
• Preferred: experience operating mobile and stationary power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area.
• Abide by safety and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
