Job summary

Sherwin‑Williams is seeking a warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping within a distribution facility. The role moves materials using forklifts and other equipment and requires careful handling of inventory to meet customer demand.

Qualified applicants should be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. Prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred, along with familiarity with data entry and basic safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re‑pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
