Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a manufacturing associate to produce, package, and ship brushes and rollers. Night shift runs 6:00pm–6:00am with a $1.00/hour shift differential. Training on days for 2–4 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing (1 year).
• Experience with fine manipulation (e.g., sewing or related tasks).
• Experience monitoring quality of raw materials and finished goods (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment including baggers, drop sealers, and zip sealers.
• Pack rollers according to work orders using packaging materials.
• Read and follow instructions on the production floor and in shipping/receiving.
• Monitor quality of product in manufacturing and packaging areas.
• Enter data for work tasks using computers.
• Participate in housekeeping to maintain a safe, clutter-free environment.
• Follow and promote the site safety program.
• Attend site safety committee meetings and activities.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
