Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a manufacturing associate to set up, run, and maintain equipment for paint and coating production. You will work on the 2nd shift, with a 4pm–12am schedule and a $0.40/hour shift differential, and may be eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities include operating HSDs, pumps, robotics, filling machines, and forklifts; loading materials; maintaining logs; and ensuring safety and quality across production lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Preferred qualifications include 1+ year in manufacturing/distribution and experience monitoring gauges and machinery indicators.
• Experience operating packaging equipment and material handling equipment is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-manufacturing control systems and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks and monitor material quality.
• Maintain production records and logs; report breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
