Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Arlington, TX presort facility. The role runs on a 3rd shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 12:30 AM to 8:30 AM, with a salary range of $59,000 to $63,000 per year plus a 6% field bonus.

This position focuses on meeting productivity standards and ensuring timely mail processing. The role requires supervisory experience in a mail or production environment, strong MS Excel/Access skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in presort, mailroom, or related industries.
• Minimum of two years in production/mailing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access; basic knowledge of MS Word, internet, and email.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday, 12:30 AM–8:30 AM, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production workers on designated shift and manage hiring, training, and performance.
• Ensure quality function and oversee Total Quality Management processes.
• Complete USPS and internal reports and communicate between shifts.
• Suggest efficiency improvements for equipment and working conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
