Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, 2nd Shift in Atlanta, GA. The role runs Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM EST, with a base salary of $54,000 to $67,000 and a 6% field bonus. The position supports Presort Services, helping clients save on postage through efficient mail sorting.

Responsibilities include directing staff, hiring, training, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Availability for overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in a production/mail/facility environment.
• Minimum of 2-years of progressively responsible experience in a production or mailing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Access; basic knowledge of Word/Teams/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes to meet deadlines.
• Manage the production workers on designated shift.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and solving problems.
• Fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and laws.
• Oversees quality function and adheres to Total Quality Management processes.
• Assists in completing USPS and internal reports and ensures clear communication between shifts.
