Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, 2nd Shift in Atlanta, Georgia at our Presort Services facility. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 4:00PM to 1:00AM EST. The annual base salary range for this role is $54,000.00 - $67,000.00.

This role also has a 6% field bonus. As part of our commitment to a flexible work schedule, this role does not have a set amount of vacation per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in mail/presort or related industries.
• Minimum of 2-years of progressively responsible experience in a production or mailing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Teams/Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes to meet postal deadlines.
• Manage the production workers on designated shift.
• Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
• Assures compliance with policies, laws, and quality standards.
• Oversees quality function and ensures Total Quality Management processes are followed.
