Job summary

Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED required.
- 0–1 year supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
- Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift performance.
- Monitor site KPI and meet customer specifications.
- Coach and develop team members; drive engagement and accountability.
- Implement health & safety and security initiatives and ensure policy adherence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address issues as needed.
