Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse floor operations and ensure staffing levels are met.
• Oversee employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as Fill Rate, Cost Per Piece, and On-Time Attendance.
• Coordinate with the NRC for staffing needs and develop contingency plans for unexpected events.
• Hire and train lead staff, quality control personnel, and forklift operators.
