Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced shift in our US operations. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across areas such as picking, receiving, and shipping.

You will coach and mentor a team, drive PDPs, and uphold company policies while managing KPI performance and audits to optimize operations.

Qualifications

Associate Degree - General Studies, Bachelor's Degree - General Studies, General Equivalency Diploma - General Studies, High School Diploma - General Studies

Responsibilities

Supervise the day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas of responsibility (AOR).
Manage and supervise the daily activities of Warehouse Associates in the fulfillment of customer orders.
Instruct and provide oversight to Warehouse Associates in proper execution of quality, safety and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with Shift Manager in development of employee PDPs; coach and guide Associates accordingly.
Manage KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink).
Conduct safety, quality, shrink and operational audits and document findings.
Conduct accident investigations per company guidelines.
