Job summary

Cardinal Health in Stafford, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead a team of 20–25 associates on the night shift, directing pick/pack/ship, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality distribution and safe daily operations.

You will monitor productivity metrics, deliver coaching, manage staffing and scheduling, coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining budgetary and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2-3 years related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot Tables).
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or Manhattan) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of 20-25 warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly metrics and provide timely feedback.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and meet distribution center objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Gemba walks, Kaizen, takt boards).
• Schedule workforce to ensure efficient picking, replenishment, and shipping.
