Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, staff, and budgeting for a night shift. You will supervise inbound/outbound activities, ensure safety practices, and optimize inventory and space utilization while maintaining cost controls.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing and proven supervisory experience, with SAP/MRP familiarity and pallet jack operation skills. Union environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience.
• Minimum 2+ years supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience managing budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs.
• Able to lead front-line employees (may be in a unionized environment).
• Able to handle conflict.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities and enforce safety SOPs.
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet facility demands.
• Allocate space for stock rotation.
• Maintain inventory levels and control product loss.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Secure company assets.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
