• Monitor key performance indicators such as Fill Rate, Cost Per Piece, and On-Time Attendance.
• Coordinate with the NRC for staffing needs and develop contingency plans for unexpected events.
• Hire and train lead staff, quality control personnel, and forklift operators.

Essential Requirements for Night Shift Supervisor

• Recent experience supervising a team of 20 or more employees.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proven track record of being measured on team performance and meeting company standards.

Desirable Requirements for Night Shift Supervisor

• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Experience in Quality Control.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
