Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and drive production goals. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating shipping/receiving, and ensuring efficient equipment use.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or 1–5 years of supervisory experience, plus experience with Manhattan WMS and MS Office. Evening shifts are 5 PM–3:30 AM, Monday–Thursday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping and receiving schedules to meet goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel and assigns tasks by skills.
• Oversees inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintains equipment utilization and coordinates maintenance with management.
• Drafts daily end-of-shift reports and supports continuous improvement.
