Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse functions, drive KPI achievement, inventory integrity, and continuous improvement within the site. You will manage direct reports, develop staff, and align with SOPs, safety, and enterprise goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cross-functional collaboration with safety, HR and engineering, and implementing network best practices to maximize profitability and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree plus 3+ years warehousing or distribution experience.
• Minimum 5 years warehousing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all warehouse personnel comply with SOPs and workload demands.
• Meet daily with Supervisors/Foremen/Leads to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Implement special projects impacting site and network operations.
• Analyze throughput, capacity planning, and financial information to improve efficiency.
• Manage site budget process and control costs to maximize net income.
• Plan and implement organizational policies and goals; coordinate with safety, HR and Eng.
