Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations leader for its on-site Hudson, WI distribution center. The role oversees Sunday–Thursday night shift (6:00 PM–2:30 AM or completion) and directs a team of supervisors and ~75 hourly staff to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant distribution.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage labor and budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations while ensuring a strong safety culture and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Supports leadership in warehouse operations and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading operational teams and driving accountability.
• Strong communication and change-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven capability to manage safety, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize outbound distribution operations, including order fulfillment, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately, on time, and within budget while maintaining service levels.
• Provide leadership and development for a team of supervisors and hundreds of associates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs to improve productivity, quality, accuracy and service.
• Ensure safety training and regulatory compliance across the shift.
