Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work assignments and productivity metrics.
• Schedule and prioritize work for Leads and Associates.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics and report to Manager.
• Identify root causes of issues and drive corrective actions.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
