Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in warehouse or operations preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Group Leads and Associates.
• Tracks efficiency and productivity metrics to determine tasks behind- or ahead-of-schedule.
• Ensures warehouse systems are ready and prioritizes work for Groups Leads and Associates.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics including cycle times and dispatch accuracy.
• Identifies root causes of issues and directs staff to resolution.
• Suggests operational improvements and supports program implementation.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
