Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Associates and Group Leads.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics and provides coaching to ensure safe, accurate pick/pack/ship tasks.
• Schedules and prioritizes work to meet objectives and ensures adequate headcount.
• Documents issues with root cause and communicates resolutions to managers and stakeholders.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and supports operational excellence initiatives.
