Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Familiarity with Warehousing Inventory Control procedures and management systems.
• Experience with cycle counting, shipping & receiving, and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Experience with various Material Handling equipment.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in SAP and/or other warehouse management platforms (WMS, ERP).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure tools are available for effectiveness.
• Drive a Safety Culture and ensure safety training, SOPs, cGMPs are followed.
• Supervise picking, consolidating, packing, and related functions.
• Motivate the team to meet daily targets and KPIs, OGSMs, and maintain quality.
• Plan staffing mix for shift in partnership with management and planning office.
• Monitor workflows and communicate best practices across departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and train associates in RF replenishment and tracking.
• Prepare daily performance reports for management and provide feedback.
