Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. If you have 2+ years of warehouse experience and operate stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, or similar equipment, you can contribute to accurate picking, staging, and shipping with RF scanners and voice systems.

Shift is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM. The role offers competitive pay starting at $22.50/hour plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO,

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse, distribution, shipping, and/or receiving experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience with RF scanners or voice systems.
• Regular and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to PPE and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and participate in housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety requirements including PPE and fall-protection when required.
• Participate in team meetings and report concerns or improvement opportunities.
• Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
