Job summary

Ferguson Lebanon, TN is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator to support our distribution center. The role emphasizes safe, accurate, and dependable work with powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities include picking, sorting, staging, RF scanning, and maintaining inventory integrity while adhering to safety policies. Overtime may be required, with a starting wage of $22.50 per hour plus shift differential. Eligible for benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving is preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems.
• Maintain inventory integrity and clean, safe workspace.
