Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators to support our distribution center.

This role focuses on safe, accurate, and dependable handling of products, with opportunity to learn PIT equipment. The position offers starting pay of $20.00 per hour, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, heights up to 30 feet.
• Experience with RF scanners or voice systems, or willingness to learn.
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
